About these terms
These terms apply when you use rsavictoria.au and enrol in our online RSA course for Victoria. Training is delivered by our registered training organisation.
The course
The course covers the SITHFAB021 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol unit for Victoria. The price is AUD 30 and includes training, assessment and certificates when you are assessed as competent.
Your responsibilities
You must enrol in your own name, give accurate details and complete the assessment yourself. Some requirements, such as the SHARPR module and the RSA refresher, are run by Liquor Control Victoria and are separate from our course.
Refunds
Refund policy to be confirmed. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
