What an RSA certificate is
It shows you have been trained to serve alcohol responsibly. Licensed venues in Victoria must make sure staff who serve alcohol hold one.
The two documents you need
- A Statement of Attainment for SITHFAB021 from a registered training organisation.
- An RSA Certificate of Completion from Liquor Control Victoria.
Only an LCV approved course leads to the LCV Certificate of Completion. A course that is not LCV approved gives a Statement of Attainment only.
Step by step
- Choose an LCV approved course.
- Complete the training and assessment.
- Receive your certificates.
- Do the SHARPR module on the LCV Learning Hub.
- Show your certificates to your employer.
Lost your certificate?
Your LCV certificate can usually be downloaded again by logging in to the LCV Learning Hub. For the Statement of Attainment, contact the RTO that issued it. Our learners can email info@rsavictoria.au.
