Does an interstate RSA count in Victoria?
Each state runs its own RSA rules. An RSA from NSW, Queensland or elsewhere does not automatically cover you in Victoria. LCV says you cannot rely on an interstate RSA certificate.
What to do
Check with LCV whether your existing training is recognised. If not, complete an LCV approved Victorian course. Always check the provider's RTO number and LCV approval before you enrol.

Is there a bridging course?
Yes. LCV offers a free bridging course (the RSA Refresher) if you completed state or territory approved RSA training within the last 3 years and lived interstate or overseas when you did an online course. Apply through RSA Online Services and allow about 10 working days.
